Roanoke College

A member of the cross country and track & field teams at Roanoke, LaRocco still holds seven indoor and outdoor track & field school records.

After graduation, LaRocco has spent over 20 years at Cave Spring High School as a social studies teacher.  He has compiled a 196-36 record coaching girl's and boy's cross country and won six Coach of the Year awards.

Has worked many track & field events as an official and is Co-Director of the Commonwealth Games cross country races.
