One of the great quarterbacks of the late thirties, Pedneau led the Fighting Maroons to 21 victories during his four year varsity career. From 1936-39, Roanoke lost only 12 games and tied four.
Pedneau was also Roanoke’s kicker. His booming punts many times kept the opponent deep in their own territory.
Pedneau was killed in a tragic automobile accident in 1950.
